2. Purpose
This document regulates the terms of contracting the services offered by MD Estudio through its website.
3. Services offered
MD Estudio offers editorial layout services for literary works, both in printed and digital format, as well as other services related to the preparation of manuscripts for publication.
4. Contracting process
The contracting of services will be done by contacting through the web form or by email.
Each project will be evaluated individually, and a personalized budget will be prepared that must be accepted by the client before the work begins.
5. Prices and payment method
Prices will be indicated in the corresponding budget and will be understood to include taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment will be made under the terms agreed with the client. As a general rule, an initial payment may be required before the project begins, and the remainder after the work is delivered.
6. Delivery times
Delivery times will be established based on the complexity of the project.
MD Estudio is not responsible for delays arising from the lack of material delivery by the client or modifications requested during the process.
7. Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide all necessary materials for the proper execution of the project (texts, images, instructions, etc.).
Furthermore, they guarantee that they have the necessary rights over the provided content.
8. Revisions and Modifications
The service includes the revisions agreed upon in the budget.
Additional modifications or changes that alter the initial scope of the project may incur an additional cost.
9. Delivery of Work
The work will be considered delivered once the agreed final files have been provided.
It is the client's responsibility to review the delivered material and communicate any issues within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Intellectual Property
The client retains the rights to the provided content.
MD Estudio reserves the right to include the completed works in its portfolio, unless expressly indicated otherwise by the client.
11. Liability
MD Estudio is not responsible for errors arising from the original content provided by the client.
Nor is acceptance of the file by external platforms guaranteed, although work will be done according to industry standard practices.
12. Right of Withdrawal
Since the services offered are personalized, the right of withdrawal will not apply once work has commenced, in accordance with current regulations.
13. Applicable law
These conditions will be governed by Spanish law.
For any conflict, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals corresponding to the domicile of the holder.
